Refunds & Return Policy

Ghostorchid will accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items can be returned entirely or partially for a size/color exchange or for refund. To be eligible for, your item must be in original unworn condition with original tags and packaging.
 

If you wish to return a purchase please notify us at ghostorchidua@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond to confirm your request and with return instructions within 1-2 business days. Please note shipping fees are nonrefundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
