What is the return policy?
GHOSTORCHID will accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items can be returned entirely or partially for a size/color exchange or for refund. To be eligible for, your item must be in original unworn condition with original tags and packaging.
If you wish to return a purchase please notify us at ghostorchidua@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond to confirm your request and with return instructions within 1-2 business days. Please note shipping fees are nonrefundable
When will I get my order?
GHOSTORCHID will ship your items within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
Our worldwide delivery is carried by Ukrposhta.
UA orders are carried by Nova Poshta.
All orders are trackable.
Due to ongoing war, please check shipping time estimates.
There is no express shipping options at the moment.
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and depend on shipping courier, ordered items, order weight and shipping region.
Estimated delivery time for standard shipping:
EU, USA: 14-21+ days.
Other countries: 14-31 days.
We do not deliver to Russia, Belarus and other countries affiliated with the aggressor country.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured locally in Ukraine. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
